Please read our terms & conditions of sale prior to purchasing goods from our site.
We reserve the right to make modifications to patterns and designs without notice. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from the images on our site.
We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. All customer details remain confidential and we will not disclose your information to third parties except for the purpose of arranging delivery. We hold your name, address, phone number and email address. We do not hold your credit/debit card details.
It is our responsibility to ensure that your card details are not compromised while shopping with us and as such we have chosen to work with leading payment services provider Pay Pal who deal with the entire transaction on our behalf. Transactions are processed through an encrypted site managed by Pay Pal using the latest security protection procedures. No credit card details or other sensitive information are seen by us or held on our site.
All prices are in £ Sterling which includes VAT.
We make every effort to ensure that our prices are accurate. If any change does occur, we will contact you prior to payment and confirm that you agree to the revised price or alternatively give the option to change or cancel the order.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. When you receive a confirmation of order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance.
We take payments through PayPal including all major credit cards. Please note that payment will appear on your PayPal account /credit card statement as 'SETONAIKAI'.

Postage & Packaging
UK mainland orders over £150.00 are delivered FREE of charge.
Orders up to the value of £150.00, the delivery charge is £4.99.
There is no minimum order and this cost includes both postage and packing. There are no additional handling charges.
Depending on the size of the order, delivery will be via either Parcelforce or Royal Mail.
UK mainland includes England, Wales and Scottish lowlands and Aberdeen area.
For delivery outside the UK mainland to Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and further afield we will confirm charges.
If your requested items are in stock we will endeavour to have your order delivered within 3-5 working days. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address when the order has been shipped.
Sorry we do not deliver at weekends or offer a guaranteed next day service.
In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, please wait 21 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed.
Refunds and Returned Goods
Goods must be examined and breakages notified immediately, within three days of delivery at the latest.
Should any item received be faulty or damaged, it will be replaced or we will issue you with a refund.
If you decide to send items back, please notify us before hand and return the unused goods to us within 14 days at your expense. As long as they are in their original packaging and in resalable condition, we will refund the cost of the items, excluding cost of delivery. In the event that the goods are not in a resalable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a refund and you will be responsible for the cost of such goods being returned to you, within 28 days of our notification. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund or replacement where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If an order is refused, or the incorrect delivery address details have been noted at the
time of the order was placed, or failure to respond the calling cards left by the delivery
driver, the package will be returned to sender.
If the customer wishes the order to be resent, they will be asked to pay the further
